Projects
Projects are the central collaboration tool on the site. You will need to join the projects you are working on to participate and get email updates on them. Projects can be set to be private, or visible only to team members. Inside the projects are a main page with comments, and a forum. You can post images and flash embeds anywhere you type. The sample project contains the latest documentation.

Members
Most of the content that is not contained within a project is organized by the member that uploaded it. The Community menu pulldown give you access to "photos", "albums", "videos", and blog posts.

Photo and Video Privacy: If you want your images to be visible only to members of a certain project, you need to upload them in a private project forum post or comment, not in the photo database. If they are uploaded through the main "photos" engine, they can be set to private, just your friends, or everyone.

My Settings under "My Page" gives you control over privacy (who can see your member content), notifications, and info on your profile. This screen also has instructions on how to upload pics from your phone.

My iPhone - You can see this under "My Page" or at http://vjonworkspace.com/m. Although the entire site will work on the iphone, this simplified interface lets you check profiles, read recent forum posts, and look at uploaded member content. You can always jump to the regular version of the site from the bottom of the iphone screen.

Invite - The front page is open right now, but the site will usually be set so that new members need an invitation or approval. The link to invite is in the main menu at the top.
